Centrifugal Detacher is used for softening and loosening flake stock produced in milling process before the sifting. It can lightly destroy the endosperm splits but not smash the germ and bran, which just knocks out the fine flour on the bran. It increases the wheat flour yield but not influence the dash content and whiteness of the flour.
