Luxury configuration 30T maize milling machine with perfect installation
This project is in Athi River, kenya, we done the installation in March to April,2019;
it is a complete maize milling machine production line.
when we design it, we consider everything. therefore, it is a woundful turn-key projects.
This part is cleaning system, its purpose is to remove big, small, lights impurities and stones from Corn, it is efficient to clean corn.
Roller mill has top quality in China, we refuse low/inferior quality Roller mill. Never sacrifice quality for small profit.
Running stability, serive life more than 15 years.
Roller mills are aligned and placed reasonably.
Milling system consists of 4 sets Roller mills and 2 sets double bin plansifts.
it is used for classifying different size materias, and get flour from process-materials.
Vibrating discharge for flour to go out of flour bin. assure that flour can come out of flour bin smoothly.
Packing system consists of flour bin and packing machine.
we finished the inatallation in April,2020, and Commissioning is successful, Client is very happy for the turn-key project.
